Poon life style

My name is Poon , I'm 15 years old . At present I am learning at
school in M.4 I like animals especially reptile , so I have a dream being a professional reptilezoo keeper. In the futher I plan to learn in Australia , if it is possible. So I have to learn insects in Thailand first. This is a reason that I love to study science. After I graduate with a Bachelor degree in Thailand, I will follow my dream by going to Australia to continue my education.

At the moment, I have a Caiman-Dwarf crocodile, aged around 3 months. Its length is 12 inches. Its complete growth for an adult age is 15 years, it will be 150 cm long
(male).

If I can follow my dream by being a reptiles professional, I will breed the Caiman-Dwarf crocodile. I will do research on it and I will study how to do it complete growth around 60-70 cm.

Also I love shooting sports for example; shooting guns, bow, air soft gun. My father always take me to sports grounds to practice my shooting skills. My parents have a property in Wang Num Keaw at Nakornratchasima province (in Thailand). So when we go there, I always take my guns and bow with me to improve my skill. Now
I am a member of the Archery club at Hua-mark stadium.

Young People Today

Young people today have bad things and good things in themself. A bad thing is they do not learn because they have interesting things in life. For example they go to play games, go shopping and watch a movie but they not go to learn. Some young people have sex before learning end it is a big problem for learning if they have a child before. Today this is fashion and technology, it can make young people ,who do not have more experience than adults, do something so bad. For example; use the internet for finding porn or use father’s guns for killing someone. And if the time passes they grow to been adult they will be a bad adult. But young people are not (also) bad if they have good teaching from their father and mother because mom and dad have to know what is good and what is bad more than young people. So they can think for example; they will not make a big mistake because they don't want their parents disappointed in them. So they will try to learn better because they want mom and dad happy. Sometime young people need to have some advice from mom and dad before doing something that they are not sure but some young people are afraid to talk with their mom and dad, so mom and dad have to always ask the children and the children must think carefully before doing something bad.

What society expects of me

A society expects from most people, especially children,that their parents want them to have a future so their parents teach children to do like most people do, example; they send their children in the school. And I am one of their children my parents sent me to the school because they want me to have knowledge about other things and they want me to have an academic degree. They think I don’t have an academic degree ,I will not have work and not have money to pay for food and pay for somethings that I want. Because people will think I do not have do skills to work, they will not get me to work. And they think money is a god. People who not have an academic degree can’t work at the office because the office will check an academic degree first. If they do not have that they will not get to their office surely. I will do like most people do. If I do not do like most people do most people will look at me and think like this “what is this person doing? is he crazy?” but if I do like most people do they will think “he is not crazy because he does the same thing that we do” and if I break a law they will send me to jail. This is “what society expects of me”.

The CULTURE

All of the people in the world have their own culture. I think one country has one culture, which may not be same as another country.

The culture depends on a lot of factors; for example the country’s geographix, climate, people’s thinking and people’s living. When I went to Khao Sarn Road, I asked other people who came from a lot of countries about their cultures this made me know that most countries have different cultures. Each country has their own language and their language is a way to show their culture, however language is not the only one thing to show culture. I think their ways of living, their ways of acting, clothes and accessories, source of food, etc. can show their culture too. I think that in each country if most people always do something in the same way, the less people who live in the same country have many different of most people do. This is the country’s culture.

The greeting is culture also. You can see the people who live in Asia have a different greeting from Europe, America and Africa. The country which has cold weather, people wear thick clothes for making the body warm but the people in the hot countries wear thin clothes. In some cold countries, people need to use fire to give heat in their houses and make their body warm so they have a culture to thank the god of fire. Some countries for example in Norway have a culture to thank rain because the rain gives water to them and in some parts of Thailand we have a culture for asking god to give rain for farmers to grow rice and plants.

It shows that people have different thinking depending on what they have in their different environment.
